How do i install radeon 7078 drivers?

How do i install the 7078 drivers? i downloaded the zip from rage3d.com and it doesnt have a setup file or anything.

Add/remove programs, uninstall the old drivers.
Reboot
Go to display adapter and pick "change" --> "have disk"
Point it to the uzipped files
The drivers should install from there
Reboot
That should do it.
