you can connect it to the fan headers on your mobo (usually near your led connectors (bottom right from a midtower perspective)...this enables rpm monitoring and low rpm warnings and such...or you can buy a 3-4 pin adapter and hook it up to the molex on your psu

How large are these fans? Mobo fan headers usually don't support high output fans! ie., too large a fan, and you'll burn off your fan headers! Generally the mobo headers only support 2-3Watt fans - probably should check your manual. Safest thing to do is to go with a 3-4pin adapter. If you want tach monitoring, you can get adapters that allow you to plug into the 4-pin PS connector and has a separate connector with the tach output to plug onto the mobo header. GL.

that might be a little too much for your mobo...the largest i'd use on a mobo would be 60mm...buy some $.75 adapters and hook em up to your psu

A 39CFM Sunon 80mm is 2.1W. You can safely put a 3W load on a mobo fan header without fear of burning it out. Some mobos can handle higher wattage, others cant.
