How do I install my 4850.....

I am upgrading my graphics card from a 7300GT to 4850. I remember you had to uninstall the previous drivers and then install your new ones but the older drivers don't show up in add-remove programs. Please can you help me?
 
Go to Device manager and select display adapter.
From there you must be able to uninstall the driver.

-->my computer -->right click --> device manager --> display adapter --> uninstall.

just check if this works
