How do I install MS Games after Win98SE Install?

I just finished installing Win98SE only to find out that Solitaire and the other three games(can't remember the others) are missing from the accesories tab. Do I have to reinstall Windows98SE to get the games? When I installed the original Windows 98 it installed with the games.

I need to find out ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to go under Control Panel => Add/Remove Programs => Windows Setup (tab @ the top) => Accessories and check the 'Games' box. This will install said games.

Did you do a 'Typical' install? I am running Win98SE Lite and I always do a custom install and I make sure these games are installed. I would think that the games would be installed as part of a Typical install, but I am not sure.

Thanks alot Blue Weasel. For some strange reason when I chose typical install Games wasn't installed. When I do it for myself I always choose custom so that garbage like that doesn't litter my hard drive but I was installing it for a family member so I just used typical to save myself any trouble.

Thanks alot because I would have never thought of using the add/remove function😱

Glad to help out.

Adding the games back through the Control Panel is certainly better than:

format c:\ /q /s
cd win98
setup
