How do I install front sound ports and fire wire on a RaidMax case?

Um, yea, what the title says. Basically, i have the RaidMax A288 case, and it comes with a front panel that has holes pre-made for USB, Firewire, and Sound (it already has USB port and connectors)

So my question is how do I go ahead and install the ports and connectors for the firewire and sound?

also, the usb connectors have these 1-pin Ground connectors in addition to the standard 4-pin USB connectors. What do I do witht the 1-pin connectors? (you can see it if you go the web site)

oh c'mon!!! someone's got to know where i can find some firewire & audio port/connectors to mount on the front of the case
