how do i install drivers for my onboard Highpoint Raid controller

Of course, if the RAID controller is on the motherboard, you should enable the RAID ports in the BIOS before installing the drivers in the OS.

have the drivers handy when installing the OS. Press F6 when asked "to install SCSI or RAID drivers.....", right at the beginning of the install. put in driver floppy, and have fun.
