How do I insert a music file in a web page using Frontpage?

I know what happened to the last thread that asked about inserting a music file in a web page. Thing is, I'm doing this site for a friend of mine for school and I need to insert a midi file to play in the background. The page is about this certain song(Stars and Stripes Forever).

PLEASE do not b1tch at me for asking a simple question. I just want to know. This si for a project and I will make sure the music is taken down later on
