When installing from Amazon, it will "appear" that it is downloading, but I noticed after my 3rd try that it was going 60-70MB/s. With my 16mbit connection it became apparent that it wasn't actually "downloading" (more like extracting).

This was important to me b/c this month I built a new gaming PC and have actually downloaded and installed games multiple times after many formats (upgraded to a SSD recently as well) and I have 15GB left of my Comcast cap

I had downloaded the game here at work so I could simply install on my PC at home

I downloaded it from Amazon then added the key in Origin which then tried to download it again but luckily it used the data file from Amazon. Now I am not sure how many 10GB copies I have. Nor do I know how the "keep setup files" feature works. Can anyone tell me the default location for the install files and what I can keep and what I can delete?

This. It isn't actually downloading, it is just transferring the files over. It might take a while, on my slow HDDs it only went at about 13MB/s.
