I've got a tbird 900, it'll POST at 1100 but fails prime 95. It doesn't lock up,just fails. I have a feeling that a little above 1.85 would do the trick. Anyone know how to get past 1.85? without any hardcore soldiering? I tried the bios flash trick that worked with some of the older abit boards but that wouldn't work.

one more question . . I bought an FOP "32", and it's a global win fan on it. But the bios shows the fan spinning at 7,000 rpms, and its MUCH louder than my other FOP 32. Did global win start making faster fans?

Thanks all.

Voltage mod

7000rpm = delta38 fan. Did you buy the fop from millisec, they sent me the 38 instead of the 32 i ordered. Deltas should come with global win stickers on them unless purhased without a heatsink

thanks tonec. i bought the fan at a local computer show, it was listed as a 32 but I figured it was a 38 b/c it's so loud! is there any other way to increase voltage other than soldering? I'm not so comfortable with that, heh. thanks again.
