How do I import messages/folders from OE on my old Win2k drive to OE in XP Pro?

I was able to search the old drive (win2k) and find/import the address book from into OE on my new XP drive - however, I can't figure out how to find/import all of my messages/folders from the old OE into the new one. I probably should have thought to create a backup/archive back when I was still running win2k - is there any way to get these files now?
