How do I import bookmarks from Opera to IE?

I'm starting to hate Opera cuz it sucks. I want to import my bookmarks from Opera into IE, but Opera stores them in some weird file *.adr. It can be opened in notepad and read, so I tried changing it to *.hmtl, but that didn't work. Is there anything I can do? I was thinking that maybe I could import them to Netscape (since Netscape and Opera are close), but I don't want to install Netscape if this isn't going to work. Any ideas?
