How do I import a graph from Excel into Word?

I have some graphs in Excel that I need to import to Word as part of a report. I found out how to import a spreadsheet, but I don't want that; I just want the plot. Can I do that?

copy the pick in excell then go into work and go to "edit" and "paste special" paste it as a picture and you sould be golden
