Hi everyone

I have two Win95 disks and dont know which versions they are. They arent installed or anything, one says it comes with USB support the other just has the COA on the front with the oem product ID. I want to Identify them so I can post properly what they are when I put them up for trade...Can anyone help me here?

Thanks,
wnied

The one with USB support should be win95 oem release 2. That's when USB support was added. I'm not sure how to identify the other one, without installing it. Maybe there is a readme on the CD that tells you the version.

The one that says USB support right on the CD is either OSR2.1 or 2.5. OSR2.0 didn't provide the USB supplement on the CD, but will work with it. Look at the end copyright date, IE: 1981-1995. If it ends in 95, it's A, in 96 or 97, it's B.
