Help guys, I just installed win98 on an old gateway pentium 233 and the windoze video driver isn't working too well. The settings tab now only offers 2 colors or 16 colors and the desktop is only 640x480 and can't be changed. I don't know what card this is or how to identify it. The gateway tech support site tells me this machine came with an agp card and this one is pci. Not alot of help huh? I tried to get the driver from the manufacturer but no dice, how about some anandtech-support?
I did use Belarc Advisor and it identified everything but the vid card. Does anyone know of another utility that will identify the video card?
