how do i go about uninstalling win2kadvanced server?

hey there fellas
just wondering how i go about uninstalling win2k advanced server in my win98se/win2kadvserver dual-boot machine.
last time i uninstalled win2k by formatting that drive and ended up scewing over my comp.
send me some tips
