How do I go about getting my 2007WFP gradient problem fixed?

What exactly do I tell Dell is wrong with it? Do I call them or use the Internet? Will they send me a replacement or will I have to send my monitor in for repair?

Last I heard, if it really bothered you, you had to call them up and request a firmware update.

You send the monitor in, they update the firmware to disable the faroudja (sp?) video processing and that supposedly fixes it.
