How do I go about getting a job doing what I want?

I've never had a job in my life and I have a semester left in my junior year in college.
My only skills would be doing anything with computers, but I have no 'experience'.
I do not have a degree either and all I want to do right now is work for some company in an office. It's hard to write a resume since I have no previous work experience.

.....Fast food my only option?

restaurant server, Retail CSR, phone tech support, part-time desktop support, etc. etc.

EDIT: And to answer your question, you APPLY for the jobs you want to do.

Find a local computer repair shop, a small one that is, and do work for them. They make quite a bit more than you can imagine

Also, search around for internships, getting a paid internship would be very good

You can always bend over and take it and see where that goes...

But how did you get all the way to junior year in college and still never had a part time job?

Going to be a pain unless you finish school or grab a temp job for a few months and then quit just for work experience but make sure you leave on good terms.

start at the bottom (how low depends on how long you're willing to hold out). Start applying for better positions every 6 months, never stay at a place more than a year. Within a couple of year you'll be where you want to be.

something will spark you and you'll be interested in it. then you'll probably change careers a few times.

Yes, interning during college with a company would help a lot. Then normally you get paid and you can have your foot in the door right when you graduate.
