How do I get VGA to TV from a laptop

I need to get the VGA output from a Dell Latitude C510/610 laptop to display on a standard TV that has composite video, (RCA/phono), inputs. Is there some external tv card or adapter that will do this job cheaply?
Thanks🙂

No, laptop doesn't have video out, but the link was a good help. I'm writing from UK so have searched for similar unit here. Have discovered there is a similar unit called Averkey Pro 100 VGA/TV converter, am now trying to source supplier.
Thanks for the help

Well... i had a Latitude C510 and i am positive that it had an S Video out...

it was there on the side... i think...

Yep you're absolutely right. I was actually trying to sort this for a friend and just took their word for it there wasn't a s-vhs out. Should'a checked myself. All is well now, thanks for the replies
