When I plug my PSP into my pc, my pc tells me that transfers will be much faster if I connect it to a USB 2.0 port. I'm pretty sure my mobo is 2.0 compatible. When I go into device manager my USB controller has the yellow exclamation mark on it telling me its not working. How do I get it up and running? Aren't USB 2.0 drivers supposed to be included in SP2?

Have you check the settings in your BIOS, to make sure that USB 2.0 support is enabled ?

You should have an option in the BIOS as alluded to and SP2 does have Hi-Speed USB

Go to device manager, delete the usb device, reboot and let windows redetect the USB devices. You should be good then. Did you install your MB chipset drivers?

If that doesn't succeed, and your Windows disc is SP1A or older, then

1) reinstall Windows

2) install Service Pack 2 before the motherboard (or video) drivers

3) install the motherboard and video drivers after installing SP2
