How do I get TV-Out to work on my GF3 Ti200?

When I have it connected to my TV, nothing shows up on the TV. Anyone can tell me what exactly I have to do to get it working? I used to have H+ and it was really easy to set it up, but with this GF3 Ti200 it's a bit harder. I appreciate all the help you can give me. When I switch to TV, the output actually stays on my monitor and the TV screen is blue.
 
I had a similar problem. I'm not sure what version of Windows you are running, but under WinXP Home, I got TV-OUT to work with the 22.50 drivers. I have an Asus V8200 Deluxe (just a plain GF3).
 
I have 21.85 and WinXP Pro. When I turn TV-out on and my desktop is on, should I see the desktop on the TV instead of on the monitor?
 
Right-click on Your desktop, and there under the card options I think You have to enable the TV-out somewhere. Not sure though.
