how do i get to the CMOS settings?

On my motherboard I push delete during the boot up process, it should tell you to push ? to enter setup.

Watch the screen carefully when you first start your PC. At the opening screen there should be a message to press certain key(s) to enter setup. Press those key(s) at the beep and the CMOS setup program menu should appear instead of the normal boot-up process continuing. It might be a good idea to write down the initial settings you find and what you have changed.
