How do I get this IE 6 feature back?

You know that feature where you type in a website name and hit ctrl-enter and it automaticaly adds the "www" and ".com" to the ends? Well I accidentally turned it off somehow and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. Does anyone know how?
 
would it be enabling Auto Complete for URLs in Tool -> Internet Options -> Advanced ? i could be wrong, though.
