How do i get the prompt for opening and saving files again in Internet Explorer

Some how, everytime i left click to d/l a file from the web, it automatically defaults to opening the file instead of saving to disk? any way i can get the prompt to show up again?

try resetting your internet options

IE:
tools->internet options->advanced tab->hit "restore defaults"
or
tools->internet options->security tab->hit "restore defaults"

of course this will reset any other security or advanced settings you have previously made.
