How do I get the Nvidia Chameleon Demo to run?

Everytime I try to run the demo in Windows 2000, I get an error that the program is too big to fit in the memory, seems to try and run in DOS!!! I have tried using Windows Compatibility but no luck.

Can anyone help as the demo looks really cool.

How, just by double-clicking on Chameleon.exe ?
Does not work for me.

i changed a bat file they had so that it would run in 1280 x 1024.
