How do I get the mp3 toolbar for winXP that goes on your taskbar?

I know this exists, and I downloaded Powertoys, which I was told it was in, but I've yet to find it. Where is it, anyone know?
 
I searched that site for 'MP3' and I checked around my self through their downloads and I can't find it!
