How do I get the ISO to clean install Windows 8.1?

I just bought it on the Microsoft website, and all that it gave me was the installer file, which I assume is used to upgrade. I need to install this on my new PC though... What do I do? It seems like Microsoft thinks that Windows is preinstalled on every hard drive... Just help, please. I want to use my computer!

EDIT: Looks like you can't... Completely ridiculous! What's the point of putting a "full" version up for download if it can only be used to upgrade!?

ughhh, you can, download the Windows 8.1 Setup installer, then enter the default Windows 8.1 installation key depending on which version your actual key is, then download. easy
