How do I get the internet to turn off at 10pm in Windows XP home

I'm wondering how to get a 'limited account' in Windows XP home to turn off at 10pm and resume at 4am.
I have cable modem running from a router to this computer. I would like to keep the other accounts that are higher than 'limited account' active so the wife (also admin account) can use the computer if she wants to. I have spent some hours looking and thought somebody here might be able to help.

Best regards,
Bruce

You could also write a batch job to add and delete the default route from the PC. That would not impact the LAN, just kill Internet access. Might have to do some tricks on bootup, too. "If time is between 10 and 6, run the batch job to delete the route". Not too difficult, just requires a bit of knowledge.
