How do I get the call waiting thing to work on my v.92 modem?

I know there is a call waiting feature but I cant figure it out. Its just some generic v.92 modem. Do I need certain software?

Your ISP has to support V.92 and you'll have to subscribe to call waiting with the Phone Service

Did you install the MOH software that came with the modem?

The CD that has the modem drivers should also have the modem on hold software.

I will try that. Is there a universal free software I can use for that.

All that was on the disk with it was Cheyenne BitWare which seems to be a faxing program.

From what I have read microsoft has disabled the v.92/v.44 features in there windows update modem drivers so I have to find out which modem I have and get the drivers/ software from there site and I should be good to go. Also I have read that earthlink doesnt support Moh. Does this mean I will just get disconnected and still get the call. Or will it not work period. Cause honestly I dont care if I get cut off as long as I catch the call.
