How do I get search engines to find my webpage?

I changed the meta files for description and keywords in my header but I'm still not comming up in google or metacrawler . . . what do I need to do?

Google will eventually find your site if other sites link to it and you can also submit to the Open Directory Project.

Google won't list you unless you have another site linking to you. If there's any way you can get your site into the Open Directory Project (dmoz.org) that will do you loads of good towards getting page rank. Another thing, Google doesn't use metatags, you need to have your keywords in the title and in the body content. These are the two most important places for having your keywords.
