How do I get rid of W32.SillyP2P virus?

I downloaded the latest norton definitions today as I do usually about once a week. A minute or two after installing Norton tells me that I have a virus called W32.SillyP2P that has infected svchosts and a couple other essential windows files. Norton can neither remove nor delete the files. I looked online for a removal tool but couldn't find one.

How do I get rid of the virus? Preferably without having to wipe and reinstall everything.....
