how do i get rid of this optimizer ads?

it's annoying as hell!!! pissing me offf... I did remove on add/remove control panel but it popped right back up everytime, it's no longer their but optimizer have just integrated into xp. should I format and reinstall windoze all over again?! the popup stopper does not prevent it from popping up and the spyware removal does not remove it either. help!

2.) Run CWShredder
3.) Post Hijackthis log to software forum thread on spyware.
4.) Install SpywareBlaster

You might have removed internet optimizer, but make sure all other 'associated' programs are gone too.
