How do I get rid of this huge "your latest messages" list!?

Is there any way to get rid of some of the topics listed in "your latest messages" in "my forums"? My list is getting quite long and many of them haven't had new posts in awhile. Probably easy but I'm too stupid to figure it out.

No, and it will overwrite the old ones when you make new posts.

Exactly. It should stay at 20 posts I believe. I just wish they would address this.
