How do I get rid of this garbage?

I wanted to download NapMX, that huge server list prog for WinMX. I made the mistake of typing www.napmx.com in the address bar, and it automatically installed a really nasty program in IE. It changed my homepage, which was easily fixable, but it also starts up this huge toolbar at the bottom, full of adult advertisements, etc. So, being IE stupid, how do I delete this sh!t? (I think the program is called ssthoejal or some random gibberish like that).

Nevermind, thanks to Zakath15 who helped me solve the problem.

Maybe you should post the fix here incase somebody else has this problem.

A program called "Spybot: Search and Destroy" showed me all the files and let me delete them. You can get it @ download.com
