How do I get rid of this automatic HDD space freer?

Its going off when theres 700megs left, and I would need a clear walkthrough(button count from the top ) cuz this system's windows is in chinese and my uncle is not very computer literate!

Start button/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Cleanup/C: drive should be selected then hit OK/Settings Tab/Uncheck the box that says: If this drive runs low on disk space run cleanup.

I think this is what you are talking about?

He can also go to Run and type cleanmgr and hit OK and go to the settings tab and uncheck the box.
