How do I get rid of the login screen in win98

Thats where they ask for the user name and password when you first boot up.

when I go to control panel, network.

You will actually want it set to "microsoft family logon" if it's not there click on ADD >> CLIENT >> ADD >> MICROSFOT >> FAMILY LOGON.

Now under primary network logon select "MS FAMILY LOGON" and reboot.
