how do I get rid of the ad when I start up avantgo?

I just started using avantgo and it's great! except there's usually a fullscreen ad when I first start it and I have to tap "no thanks" and then hit ok on the dialogue that comes up and says it will send my response on next sync
 
I don't think you can. They gotta keep in business somehow and the ad only shows once after each sync.
