How do I get rid of Search Toolbar in Explorer?

I accidentally installed this Search Toolbar into my Explorer and it comes up everytime taking up space on my laptop. Does anyone know how to rid myself of this pesky little program?
 
download adaware and spybot and run them. that should remove the toolbar and any other spy/adware

make sure you update both before running them.
