Hi Everyone
I just got a CD-RW and so I decided to use the Windows (default) recorder to record my voice .

But its very noisy in the background. So could someone recommend a voice utility.

I went to CompUSA today and looked for some software for audio-recording but all I could find was the basic MP3 stuff :)

What I am trying to do is with my computers mic, record my studies onto my HDD and then
burn that file on my burner and then get edumacated :) while at work!!

Thanks for your assistance.........................

Remember that to get clean recordings you need several things:

1. Quiet enviroment. (Your computer can't be in the same room as the mic unless it is silent.)
2. The right equipment. (A REAL mic.)
3. Quality sound inputs. (Sound Blaster-type cards are noisy and add hiss to your recordings. You need expensive audio hardware and/or dedicated recording cards to get crystal clear signals.)

All of this means: Hassles, and $$$. You decide if it's worth it to you. No computer program can make up for a crappy audio signal.

If you are using a computer mic, it will be noisy, there is nothing you can do about it.
