How do i get rid of My Pictures..........

Normally when i want to save a file (i.e. - photo) it always want to save it under My Pictures. I'm currently using Windows ME.

How do i delete it permanently or make the download default folder to soemthing else.

TweakUI is a free utility from Microsoft that allows you to change "special folder" paths, such as "My Pictures".
