How do I get rid of misspelled addresses in Outlook? (autocomplete)

When I have multiple similar email addresses, and I type the first 3 letters, I get a choice of addresses and I can delete some. But if there's only one, how do I remove it?

I thought outlook pulls from the contacts... You could delete it from there. If you've closed the Contacts pane, View then Layout to restore it. Right click on the name and select delete.
