How do i get rid of Backdoor.Win32.VB.ate?

AOL kapersky removes it every time i boot up and i dont feel logging into anything now...

How do i get rid of it once and for all? i went into safemode and it didnt find it there

For starters.....

1) Disable system restore
2) Run CCleaner

4) Install SAS
5) Reboot to safe mode to run scans
6) Use HiJack This to see if any rogue entries are listed
