How do I get rid of all my old 3dfx drivers?

I am replacing a voodoo banshee in a celeron 600 with a geforce 2mx. The computer is running win98se and I don't want to do a clean install again becuase it's my inlaws computer and I can't back up all the files with what they have. What is the correct procedure to clear out all the old 3dfx driver files so the detonator drivers don't have any conflicts. Thanks for any help.
