How do I get permission to post attachments?

Seems that most people can post attachements but for some reason my permission is turned off. How can I get it turned on?

You mean images? just put them in IMG tags and then some remote URL for the image itself

|IMG|http://www.somewhere.com/blah.jpg|/IMG|

But replace the vertical pipes with square brackets: [] and [/]

Images can be posted by anyone, attachments can only be posted by moderators.
