How do I get Outlook Express to sync. up individual accounts?

If I turn one off to auto-sync when I send/recieve email, how do I get that one to sync up with out having to go into account properties and click the box telling outlook to sync it up with everything else?

Anyway just to sync up that one account by itself?

you'll probably need to setup seperate identities for each account with different settings. If you have one that you don't want to auto sync you'll need to put it in another identity. I'm not 100% on this, I use Outlook.
