Discover has one time numbers.

if your CC is thru MBNA bank they have a program called MBNA shopsafe that creates one time use numbers

These credit cards offer one time use cc's:

CitiBank (I have a CitiBank cc, one of the best cc's I have ever owned, no annual fee, flat 1% rebate, low APR and great customer service)

Amex

MBNA
