How do i get my sempron 2400 to 333mhz???

1. ECS sucks for overclocking
2. That is not a good cpu for overclocking
3. Most of the FSB adjustments you are suggesting arent even availalbe on the best motherboards on the market, let alone your $55 motherboard.
 
I have that same mobo. It does not let you adjust voltages. You can solder on the back of the motherboard to make it think the CPU is requesting a higher voltage. This is the only way to get a higher voltage from what I've seen. There is no way to get 666MHz fsb with this mobo. It will only go up to 200MHz (400 if you multiply by two.) The recent chips are "super locked." You can't just use the window defogger on the CPU like you used to be able to. The only way to change the multiplier is to convert the CPU to a mobile using the L5 trick. Then after you get into windows you can use a program to change the multiplier. I don't recomend this though as it's very difficult to do.
