How do I get my Santa Cruz to work with my speakers and headphones?

I have Logitech Z-540s and some headphones.. I have the speakers in the front and rear jacks on the soundcard, and the headphones in the versa jack. I go to Output Configuration - VersaJack - Analog Out.. and no sound comes from the headphones, but still do from the speakers.. how can I get it to work with the headphones as well?
 
you have to switch it to the head phones from the speakers. you do it via TB control panel look around it is in there
