How do I get my Neo2 to give me higher then 1.55v or 10.0% for vcore adjustments

As topic states. I get 295fsb to post but wont do 296 and I think it needs a bit more vcore. The board undervolts terriblt with 1.55v set showing 1.44v in hardware monitor. 1.475v set also shows 1.44v actual with a flash to 1.42v...

I was using a 300watt antec for the brief moment but all the rails were solid +5.0v = 5.12...+12v = 12.22v...+3.3v = 3.34v

I think you need to use the 1.2 bios for higher vcore options.
