I tried it in park, I tried it in neutral, but the light just flashes. It will go into 4x4 high with no problems while moving. And I know I have to come to a complete stop to do 4x4 low, but I just dont know what Im doing wrong. I have no manual and google isnt my friend right now, so maybe someone here has one and can enlighten me as to how to do it properly.

TIA

Is this a new body style Tahoe? Does it have Auto 4WD?

The switches are bad to go out on these. IIRC you need to be in Neutral or Park, but not 100%. If you hold High and Low will it put the transfer case in Neutral?

I had this problem years ago with my dad's 1994 F150 4x4. Would not go into 4lo. It had a floor mounted shifter. Would go into 4hi just fine. I never figured it out and we never really needed it so...

put it in N while stopped. then push the button/turn the dial to 4lo. then let you foot off the break. the truck will roll a bit and you should feel it engage.
