How do i get mu Nascar Revoultion Game to work on Win2k pro ? I never can get it to work and been trying and trying.

Can anyone help me get this gave to work ?
i am using voodoo 3 2000 pci video card. I once tried in win98 and couldnt even get the game to work in there which was terrible.
Anyone help is appreicated. i know there got to be some way around this.

What seems to be the problem?

Do you get an error message? Or does the game load but giving you display problems?

You might need to get the latest ref. drivers for your GeForce... that might be the problem.

Last time a game that gave me a problem with this was Diablo 2... I just had to install the new GeForce reference drivers from nVidia, and I was set.

GoldenGuppy i said in my message i had a voodoo 3 2000 pci video card hehe. So i cant get those drivers for this video card. But Nascar Revoultion installs fine and everything but when i go to play it and chose DirectX or Glide i dont go to the game at all It just blinks the desktop alittle. But never goes black or anything. Not even in the game alittle. Its stange. I know there got to be some way around it been trying to get this game to work in win2k for a while now. I cant even get it to work in win98 anymore which is pretty bad.

Have you tried getting the new drivers? This has happened to me before as I have mentioned... what you might want to do is get the new Voodoo drivers (if you haven't already), re-install the game... update it w/ the latest patches, and you're set to retry

If not... you should go to the FAQ/Tech Supp and look up your problem - sounds pretty common, should be there

GoldenGuppy got all of that and tried it still didnt work. And on the FAQ it said they didnt support windows 2000 Dumm EA sports.

Whoops - guess I responded a little late - my bad.. I suggest you send EA an EMAIL, to completely tell them your tale... that way, they'll tailor a solution to your need.

I once did this w/ Sigma Designs regarding a DVD that wasn't working for me... sure it's a different company, but I got a good response...

Lets hope EA can provide you w/ the same

I bet EA cant that will say or not reply. Plus i did say i could even get Nascar Revoultion working on win98 which was pretty bad cause i use to beable to play it on win98 just fine. dont get that.
